Questions about official Valley County criminal records belong with the government office that created or keeps the record. The contacts below route court files to the Court Clerk, sheriff reports and booking material to Administrative Services, and state repository reports to Idaho State Police BCI.

This Is Not a Government Office. We run a private reference site. We cannot pull criminal records, run official background checks, remove or correct a record, or accept expungement filings for anyone. For any of those, you need to reach the right government office directly.

Need an Official Record?

Use the custodian that holds the requested Valley County record:

  • Court case files: see criminal court case records, or contact the clerk of the court that heard the case
  • Criminal history reports: contact Idaho State Police Bureau of Criminal Identification
  • Arrest, booking, and jail records: contact Valley County Sheriff Administrative Services
  • Official Idaho checks: submit the correct name or fingerprint request to Idaho BCI
  • Police reports and incident records: contact the agency that wrote the report
  • Expungement or sealing: contact the Court Clerk for court relief and BCI for qualifying repository expungement
